"BBMS AFRICA": NEW GHANEAN SHOW FOLLOWING THE FOOTSTEPS OF "TOP MODEL USA"?
Named Belinda Baidoo Model Search Africa (BBMS Africa), the show will allow the winner to win a two-year contract with MSA Model and the opportunity to make her way on podiums and magazines.
The 12-week competition, based on the same model as Tyra Banks' America's Next Top Model, will allow candidates to improve their catwalks and improve their skills in modeling, make-up, customer relations and marketing. Each week, the least successful candidate will see the doors of the competition close before her.
After winning the Top Model Africa contest in 1998, Belinda Baidoo, born in Accra, worked for many fashion and beauty brands such as Clinique, Marc Jacobs, Mizani, Nike and Victoria's Secret.
Back in Accra, the country's child prodigy created her own modeling agency, B2Models, to guide and advise young women in developing their careers in Ghana and Africa. It is with the aim of continuing to promote the talents of Africa and Ghana that Belinda Baidoo embarks on the adventure BBMS Africa.
