Although known for its unique eccentricity and unique style of swimwear, Dumebi Iyamah uses vibrant colors and cuts inspired by a multitude of African cultures. Its first collection launched in 2013 was a perfect representation of its heritage, with a retro mix of colors and African patterns. The brand although specialized in swimwear also offers ready-to-wear lines and custom dresses.
Andrea Iyamah focuses on promoting ethnicity with a touch of modernity, while paying particular attention to cuts and details. Her team works with the aim of telling a story with each of its pieces while paying tribute to the memory of the escapees through their drawings. This vision allows women to be part of a cultural affirmation through the pieces that dress their curves.
