Miss Fashion Week 2017
At 21 year old Gambian model residing in Netherlands won the Miss Fashion Week Universe 2017 and Miss Fashion Week International 2017 titles. Adama Jobe participated in many international fashion shows including Paris Fashion Week, Mercedes-Benz Amsterdam Fashion Week, Fashion Clash Festival and Vlisco 170 years. Miss Jobe started modelling in the Gambia before she moved to Netherlands. She then joined the Models Rock Agency in Amsterdam were she got the international exposure that introduced her to the world.
Adama Jobe was among the 4 models who represented Africa at the Miss Fashion Week competition held in Miami, USA. 23 models from 12 countries contested for the title. After votes and deliberations, Adama was crown the winner. “I won this crown for every African girl. Let us believe in ourselves because our dark skin is beautiful and we can win crowns too.” - Adama shared with her Facebook followers. The gorgeous model is thrilled and grateful for all the support she received from Africa.
